At EMAC international we realize that a Bio gas generator set needs to fulfil the same requirements of a diesel generator set, whilst giving you lower running costs and be kinder to the environment. Your concerns are new technology, safety, reliability and cost savings. The first thing to highlight is we use USA and European technology for all control systems, monitoring fuel, air,  water, ignition system and power output  with built in fail safes for any unforeseen variations.

A Bio Gas Generator Set is in many ways very similar to a Natural Gas Generator Set,  we use the same  American products and technology to convert a Cummins Diesel Engine to work with Natural Gas and with a few minor adjustments and a system in place to clean, filter and upgrade the Bio Gas to the same quality and Methane content as Natural Gas.

 We modify a compression ignition diesel engine utilising an Omnitek gas conversion. This allows similar power outputs to a diesel engine, excellent fuel economy, giving you very strong engine with superb reliability and a longer working life compared with a spark ignition petrol engine and a huge cost saving over developing a dedicated gas engine range.

If you have access to Bio gas the benefits and savings are substantial compared with diesel fuel supply. Using either  natural bio gas or manufactured bio gas lets you make the most of these savings. You may also be eligible for a government grant or tax benefits.
